| Good hotel. Cheap, at the cery centre of the city, five minutes walk from central station. If you need only a confortable place where to sleep, this hotel is perfect. | |

Perfectly situated within 2 minutes walk of Central station.
The rooms are perfectly clean, the service friendly and the building has an interesting history.
It use to be a sailors bar and the atmosphere is still great.
Just around the corner from the red light district.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS , IN THE WEEKEND THE HOTEL REQUIRES A MINIMUM BOOKING OF THREE NIGHTS.
Cancellation must occur 72 hours before check-in date.When a booking is made that includes dec.31st we require a minimum reservation of five nights.A continental breakfast is served, at Eur 7.50 per person.
IMPORTANT NEW YEAR'S EVE POLICY: No arrival and no departure on 31st December and on 1st January.
