Nice and welcoming apartment located in the real heart of Venice (not more than two Km from Saint Mark square), ideal starting point for discovering the Venetian art, culture, history and fashion shops and reaching the most famous architectural masterpieces like the Basilica, the Palazzo Ducale and the Rialto Bridge. Near St. Mark's You can enjoy a beautiful promenade along the Riva degli Schiavoni, that leads You to the St. Elena Island.
All of our apartments are equipped for a pleasant stay and all comforts you may need are guaranteed.All the apartments are composed of kitchen or kitchenette (equipped with wash basin, cooking hobs, fridge and freezer compartment), living room with single sofa bed and color TV. Double bed room, private bathroom.

After completing Your reservation You will receive the contact numbers for our Venice representatives. Please remember to call us, 7 days before Your arrival in order to communicate Your arrival time and fix an appointment with our representative for the key collection and check-in and to receive more information about the apartment reserved. Our staff will meet You at the nearest public water bus station (to the apartment).

Check-in not earlier than 15.00 of the confirmed arrival date. In case of arrival between 19.30 and 23.30 the client will be ask to pay 55€ and 70€ if arriving after 23.30.
In case of client’s delay more than 30 minutes from agreed meeting time Client has to inform our local reps (Hostess) or our Venice office; without informing the client will be charged an additional fee of € 40.00.
During the check-in our staff will show you the house and how things work and will ask for a security deposit of € 450 as guarantee for damages and losses by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Rentalinitaly is authorized to charge, after departure, any damage and loss costs from Guest’s Security Deposit and any extra costs not included in the Rental Price and not paid by Guests.

Payment: by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cash at the check-in.

Check-out time is between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. on departure day.

Remember: Your apartment could be located in different districts in the historical centre of Venice: Cannaregio, San Marco, Castello, San Polo, Dorsoduro, Santa Croce and pictures are indicatives. Every apartment corresponds to a room and the apartments are not located in the same building.

Cleaning:
On arrival You will find Your property clean and tidy. The final cleaning cost is included in the rental cost. Tidiness of kitchen or kitchen corner and the rubbish removal are not included in the price, this is Your responsibility otherwise You will be requested to pay an extra charge of euro 40,00. If You request an extra bed sheets supply and midweek/daily cleanings, Rentalinitaly will price to You the cost depending on the apartment you have reserved.

Payment of the total ammount: by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cash at the check-in.

Cancellation Policy and Penalty :
30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total ammount;
14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total ammount;
6 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total ammount;
less than 2 days: 100%.
