Descripción del Rialto Apartment

Apartment Rialto: nice apartment 1 minute from Rialto Bridge and 5 min. from St. Mark's Square.
The flat is set at the first floor and it's tastly furnished. There is a small hall with a sofa , with a small kitchen corner, a bed room with double bed, a bathroom with shower.
the apartment is available for 2 persons or for 4 persons , in case of 4 persons ,we change the sofa with a sofa bed double

CARATTERISTICS:

Floor: first floor
Utilities, crockery, final cleaning, included.
towels and bed linnen are not included in the price it is ON REQUEST with extra charge of 30 euros in total ( not for each people, not for every days,a change for all reservation.)
Please note Check-in is between 3 pm untill 7 pm, arrival after 7 pm untill 10 pm will cost 30 Euro Extra.after 10 pm untill midnight will cost 50 euros extra
check out before 10.30 am
in the apartment there is not a reception, so each indvidual arrival must be arranged and confirmed for in advance directly whit the apartment
the total ammount will be paid in cash at your arrival.
as soon as possible and in any case no later three days prior to the date of arrival the customer must notify to the apartment by e-mail of his expected time of arrival.and other pertinent information concerning the arrival time. if the customer fails to furnish the foregoing information, the apartment shall not be liable for any inconveniences encountered upon arrival. insofar as no reception facility operates each indvidual arrival must be arranged for in advance.
you can cancel the reservation before 15 days.
